Louis Vuitton has launched its biggest store in Southeast Asia, at the glitzy new ION Orchard.
The architecture, designed by Front Inc of New York, and interior design are stunning. The louis vuitton store's exteriors feature a custom-made curved glass facade, inspired by the 'folds of a scarf', while the swanky interiors were done by Louis Vuitton Mattelier's architecture team. The two-level, 905 square meters store boasts of separate sections for men and women. Alongside regular Louis Vuitton bags, apparel, accessories and shoes, the store also carries a full range of exclusive products bearing the label Louis Vuitton Orchard Road Singapore - to commemorate the store's opening.
The celebrations were capped off by a cocktail reception where the VIPs were joined by Singapore celebrities Zoe Tay, Fann Wong, Christopher Lee and Denise Keller. For the public, the celebratory spirit can be felt in the special range of "Singapore Exclusives", which includes limited and numbered items from a wide range of collections: ready-to-wear, shoes, sunglasses, watches and leather goods.
